I like your ideas TBGB especially about deciding it not just based on kills. The one thing I am concerned about is not that they would have too much competition, this wouldn't matter if we were looking at how they did over all because if they almost beat alex that would be more impressive than barely beating an average clan member. What I am worried about is that different recruits would have to face totally different players and so one the trials would not have a basis. Much of this problem would be alleviated if we end up having them fight all three fights and then look at how they did afterwards. Just some thoughts, I just want it to be as fair and as static as possible in the recruit's competition.

I think the original idea is better since even though u pick your tier and map you should be able to at least know what your doing and the trials we ran Sunday night went really well actually though there can be some improvements

12 recruits dropped from the roster this morning. Recruiting is now open again. All potential recruits MUST agree to and qualify for the requirements on this forum.

It might be smart to make a list of vehicles to try to always use to test ppl with, and a certain run order depending on the tank of the test subject. EX:if 2 subjects are driving amx12Ts and one gets put against an OI for tier6, and the other is put against a vk30.01D(<----i hate that tank) the one against the vk has a better chance of winning. so to make it EVEN more balanced i believe we should have select light med and heavy tanks for each tier and keep the order the same for everyone. By following this , i know trials would need to be postponed on nights without the proper tanks, but theres no reason to give a recruit executive officer if his targets were easier to kill than a recruit who failed.
