At this point, he does not meet our minimum requirements. Perhaps after he advances a bit.

Well, as I see he is on the roster, I expect he will develop quickly. So, make sure we play with him and help move him along. And you know the tanks we need him to move toward.

So
as per the guidelines set out he will need to pass trial of position
he will also need to platoon with other clanmates and show willing
perhaps we could run some detachments and include to see how he fares
then make a decision
