I'm in the process of making a MASSIVE Excel spreadsheet that will rate every machine's firepower, mobility and survivability.

Each rating will have 4-5 sub-ratings, and the spreadsheet will be organized by tank type and tier. The sub cats will be color coded (wotlabs style) for easy reference. If you want to know which tier 7 TD has the highest pen, you'll be able to see it at a glance.

This will take me some time, but I think you guys will find it useful.

The Tank Rating project has been completed. I have record the stats of every "researchable" machine in five categories of Firepower, Mobility and Survivability, determined an overall spectrum at each tier and therefor a score for each tank relative to the tier.

These spreadsheets will allow you to, at a glance, see what tank is best at what at each tier (example - what tier 8 heavy has the most pen), but it will also allow you to pick tanks to go after based on your playstyle.
